I am a single Caucasian male, 45 years of age, with better than average income, owner of a business, and living in Phoenix, Arizona. On June 17, 2004 I received unsolicited correspondence from a Russian lady who stated her name was Yulia and she lived in Samara City. She had sent the first letter to me through the site: personals.yahoo.com. as that is where she found my profile. For the next few days she continued sending emails and I continued to reply. Having found the scam site, I readily noticed this was a scam, as there were identical letters as hers that were already posted as being a scam, but with different pictures and names, but identical content. Having been the victim of a previous scam, I am most grateful for this site, and shall continue to report all scam letters with pictures that I can identify. Thank you so much for creating this site. King ' The Dark Tower ', in my opinion, it's very interesting book, where the main hero Roland is a purposeful man, he goes to the purpose, to a dark tower, and I like the quality of Roland is the purposefulness! I received of her are attached. I took my name out of the portions of letters. contact was initiated on www.lavalife.com and
I have as yet to contact them. tz2004@rambler.ru is the email address she gave. An excerpt from the second last letter and the one and only time money was requested. D.L.

Today I went in the travel agency where works my friend and asked all in what we need, my dearn D. She said me that she has learned how much cost a visa and a foreign passport too. She have connected with embassy and there have said to her that it will be better for us with you, , if I will have the visa of a tourist. This tourist visa, the visitor visa will valid during six months. On this type of visa I'll can travel till Canada without any restrictions. The prise of this visa, as she was informed in embassy, is 115 US dollars. Besides the process of the registration of the visa costs 60 US dollars. By the way she as has taken an interest about other kinds of the visas too, as to her have said, that there is a set of kinds of the visas. For example, visa of a bride. She has thought that this visa of bride approaches to us, but her in Embassy have said that this visa costs more expensively and visa's registration costs a lot of money. It's around 750 dollars US and the registration of the visa will during seven months, it is very long and expensive! From it because the tourist visa is the betterest variant than visa of bride now for us, my love! My dear D., I want to ask you one thing, I will need to ask your help with a financial charges for the getting all necessary documents for my coming to you. As probably, may be you know an economic situation in our country, simply it's awful, and at our work don't give the salary to work personal during a long time. Our government explains it to those that simply they don't have a money, it's a difficult financial situation, and they don't have a recourses on the salary for the any kind of the job in total. My answer to this request: The money you're asking for will not be coming. First off I'm Canadian and not American therefore I don't deal in their currency. Second, that's a lot of money and I would think a long time about lending that much to someone I've known for years in person.
