Natasha Furzikova
(Saratov, Russia) I was approached by a women called Natasha Furzikova from Saratov. She claimed to saw my info on Yahoo Personal. I did not have any reason to suspect her until recently since there were not sufficient information in the email for me to be sure she was a scam for sure and I did not want to condemn someone without absolute certainty. After corresponding for about 2 months she asked me for monetary help to get a visa. Then I found out this very good way to check whether someone is a fraud or not. I got this idea from a movie and it mentioned nowadays it is very hard to hide the truth of someone on the internet. Before I have search her name and email address on Google and had no avail, so I thought it would be impossible to find the truth of someone since they can easily use false names and emails. But then very soon after she asked me for money, I thought of cut and paste-ing some of the texts of her email to Google and I was so shock to find out her supposingly genuine words were also found on the internet, so those flowery words were just mass producted poetry!

I am a 52 year old divorced male in the USA. Reporting these scammers is getting to be a full time occupation! If only I was being paid for it! :) I was first contacted by this scammer on January 17, 2005 through the OtherSingles.com site. The e-mail address used was Gabdulina@inbox.ru. This is the typical money for visa, passport and airfare scam. The total being asked for came to $1339. One of the letters I got (Feb. 4) they had mistakenly addressed to a Jason. (He probably got the one with my name on it.) I didnąt even bother to mention it. What follows are some selected letters and photos.

I am a 52 year old divorced male in the USA. Here we go again! I was first contacted by this scammer on January 20, 2005 through the OtherSingles.com site. The e-mail address used was MarinaRost@mail.ru. This is the typical money for visa, passport and airfare scam. The total being asked for came to $1390 ($1140 after the portion that she was going to pay for). At first they were asking for $470 for the visa and passport. After I pointed out that It shouldnąt cost that much they changed it to $220. This scam stood out because the computer used to send the e-mails to me had the wrong year posted (2003) on the time/date. I had to reverse the order of the letters received in my e-mail and go back to the beginning of the list to find and read these letters. The hilarious thing was that, when I was contacted by the supposed travel agency (LOVING HEARTS - HEART777@inbox.ru) to arrange my payment on her behalf, they also had the same 2003 dates which meant they were being sent from the same computer that was sending the letters from Marina. Also some of the letters coming from the agency would be sent at a late night hour (there time) and often within minutes of the ones I got from Marina. Hopefully those blunders helped to tip off would-be victims. What follows are some selected letters and photos.
