Intially I sent $640 on Feb 8th then she said she needed an additional $400 for she underestimated her costs . Then I sent the additional $400 dollars for Plane fare . Says shes coming March 3rd but Now I kinda doubt it . I received same basic emails you allready have posted on your site . So now I am Out $1040 dollars and all this money was sent via western union . Who else can I report her to ???? As A side note I had a friend bring copies of these to The National Visa Center in Portsmouth N.H. and employees said there they certainly look real enough but with out actually documents They could not verify the legitimacy of these photos on email printed copy .

I am a 44 year old single father of 4 kids. Here is my story:
I placed a personal ad on a free website. I was then contacted by
a gorgeous Russian woman. She claimed to be a pediatric doctor.
I was suspicious at first but she reassured me she was not from a marriage agency so I decided to
play along and see if this was real. She never asked for money but had my
doubts this would last long. I was never too nice and acted suspicious but we
kept exchanging emails back and forth. As some time passed I started thinking
that maybe this could be worth my time as I was a lonely single father
wishing for a lucky break. The only problem was every time I wanted a
phone number or address this was ignored. I offered to fly to Russia to meet
her after we "fell in love". Suddenly I did not hear from her for about 3 weeks.
Just as she was out of my mind I received another email.. But why were my
questions were not answered I thought to myself? Why did she not answer me
about me traveling to meet her? I blocked out any doubts about her credibility
by a hope that somehow she had a reasonable explanation. But I started
wondering if she even read my emails now. We kept corresponding regularly
again. I would hear from her about once or twice weekly. She was madly in love
with me she stated and could not live without me. She was in the park and saw
couples holding hands and saying beautiful things to one another. Now
she knew she had to have me. Then I asked to fly out to her again. She
responded stating if I was to make the trip it would be too hazardous, many
people did not like Americans and there were Russian "Nazis" in her home
town. I replied I was a world traveler and had many experiences good and bad
and could take care of myself. Then she told me she had a relative who
worked for a travel agency and could arrange a Visa very easily.
I told her I simply would not pay for any expenses I needed to meet her first. She
claimed she could secure a visa and arranged for an airline ticket herself and
would pay all necessary costs. She was now on her way to the Moscow
airport to fly to me very soon and unbelievably exited. We were meant to be
together and how lucky we were to have found true love at last. I thought this was
too good to be true, but maybe I had somehow hit the "jackpot" and
my lucky day has finally arrived. A few days before she was
suppose to be flying to me a problem conveniently arose. She was
told she had to be able to show the embassy where she was to
receive the visa she had enough money for the airline ticket. Of course our love was worth more than the money and she was
embarrassed to ask but she had to come up with 280 dollars. I was
requested to send it Western Union. I knew immediately this was a scam and
actually somewhat happy and relieved she had finally surfaced and showed her
true colors. I played along saying I would send her $500 ( I'm very
generous and understanding) so she could have all she needed to meet
expenses. But neglecting to give out the money transfer contact number. She emails me
back the same day practically begging for the money so I decided I
had enough and politely replied that I did not want any more
contact with her and to leave me alone now. The next day she
answered me bitterly saying in so many words she was in the "hole"
about putting money up front for the trip and now I "owed her".
She threatened to take me to court if I did not send $265 and this would cost me
much more money. Like a good sales person closing a deal she
assumed I would do as instructed. She was not stupid. This
supposedly lovely wonderful woman suddenly turned into a monster
for "scamming her" and now I was in trouble and she contacted a
lawyer to go after me. She had my home address and if I did not
send the 265 dollars immediately she would go ahead with
prosecuting me for a much higher cost. But court was too much of a
hassle so just send her the 265 dollars and she would let by gones be by gones. She had saved all my letters and pictures
and would show the attorney all her check receipts she paid out to
come see me. I had better reconcile with her or else! She went by
the name of Natalia Nazarova.
