Scam history and details :
She sent me an e mail stating that she would like to correspond with me back in November 2007 .
I accepted thinking it could be something novel and nteresting , so for the past 13 months , we have been corresponding on a nearly daily basis viA email .
After a few months , she started to let me know that she would like to come here to Monreal . qc . Canada
so that we could live together as she was declaring her intense an unabinding love for me , .
To make a long story short , that RUSLANA , said to me she was a doctor in Russia ( which had me doubting )
but that her monthly wages were of around only 200$,,,Nevertheless , she had saved some money for the flight
but that she needed only 700$USD to pay for the full ticket ; Amount I sent to her , via WESTERN UNION ,
But I had to send the money to her mother since she stated that she could not collect it herself due to the
fact that she didn't have the proper passport and ID to collect that amount ,
Instructions were given to me to send to her mother : SVETLANA ALEKSEEVA ,. WHICH I DID .
She then collected and acknowledged having received the funds , and even sent me a rip segment
for the scheduled flight , MOSCOW TO HAMBURG , HAMBURG TO MONTREAL ,,Arrival on December 1 , this
year ,
Next she signaled a problem to me again via email that the Embasssy required her to carry 2,500$ ..
this amount she said was to allow her the tight to travel and that she had sufficient funds to do so .
So again , I sent that amount , via WESTERN UNION , TO THE SAME : SVETLANA ALEKSEEVA .
Then everything seemed ok , so ON DECEMBER 1 , I showed up the DOrval airport to greet her ,
but there was nobody on that flight corresponding to RUSLANA GALIULLINA , ,
to FINISH , she sent me an email to the effect that she had been prevented from boarding the plane
because she had an outstanding debt on her flat ( I guess this would be what we woul call a mortgage)
and that , in order for her lo leave Russia , that debt had to be paid out fully , She asked me if I could
help her out with that amount , 4,000$ USD , AND i said no flaring there was something awfully crooked
about this , ,
I then proceeded to go and see if her name corresponded to some scammer and i SAW WHAT I AM SENDING
YOU AS PIECE * RUSLANATHECHEATER * herewith enclosed . as doc #3 .

and all= the Russians going abroad are to prove their creditability. And
surely I am not an exceptio=n. Of course, I couldn't show anything to him
and he said that actually my<=/p><p>permission is ready and I must do it when I
come to collect the permission. I was a bit worried, but then I was explained that it is not necessary t=o spend this money,
only to show. I answered that I am going to you, but they said that no matter to
whom I =am going, because for the government I must do all that they demand. so, I am to have about 850 euro with

and there you can see some good actors! One of directors of this
movie is a well known Russian director Sergey Bodrov Senior.
If you didn't see this movie find it and watch! I advice it to you!
Actually my favorite actor is Russell Crowe and I like all movies with him.

I should go to Blagoveshensk, there sometimes can come famous Russian actors and dancers but
I can't go there often because it's quite expensive.
And now I have some good news for you! After sending this email I will go home,
pack my bags and today later I will go to Blagoveshensk! From there
I will fly to St-Petersburg! I was on a plane only two times in my life and I'm afraid to fly!
I hope my plane will not fall down! I'm really afraid!
So it is several hours from Blagoveshensk to St-Petersburg and I will come to St-Petersburg late night.
I don't think I will live in hotel there, it's very expensive.
You know, by statistics St-Petersburg is the more expensive city in the world after Moscow or Tokyo.
I will rent a room in apartment, it will be cheap. Of course it will be very modest but it's OK for me!
When I come to St-Petersburg and settle down I will write you an email.

I've seen so many nice places in St-Petersburg( in Russia) while going by bus!
When I got off the plane in the St-Petersburg Airport policeman asked me about passport and he looked at me like I am an
enemy ))) I think all people here(and everywhere) are a little crazy because of terrorism.
Everything here is very expensive, not like in my city... and everywhere are big crowds of people! Everywhere is so many
people! I'm still uncomfortable about it but I feel soon it will be OK.I've been to few shops here today and I
see goods are much more expensive here then in my native city.
I am much tired from flight from Blagoveshensk up to ST-Petersburg I'm so excited to write you
again!!!!!!!!!! I'm in St-Petersburg! You can't imagine how happy I am that I already started my trip to you!
I still cannot believe I've done it! WoW! As I wrote you I was scared to fly on the plane but everything
was OK and I'm still alive )))) St-Petersburg is a really big city! I've been told the population of
St-Petersburg is about 10 million of people! From the Airport I went by bus...
it was so long way... about 1 hour and 25 minutes.
I found a place to stay, I rent a room from an old woman.
She is about 65 years old. She said her husband died 8 years ago and she has two grown up children
but they are already married and don't come to visit her very often so she is alone and she has
not much money so she give in rent rooms in her apartment. She is very nice woman )) She said I have to
be very careful. You know... she said many girls from small cities come to big cities... or even abroad...
they are looking for a better future and fortune but because they are from small cities
they didn't imagine their way to find the happiness can be not as easy as they thought...
and some of them can end up as prostitutes or something like that. She said I should be careful when
