78129510565, Corresponded with me via e-mail and telephone. She presented
the opportunity to travel to the USA to visit me as part of a tour using a student
visa. I sent her $950.00 via Western Union for the trip to be paid to her. I can
provide all the details. After she received the money on 6/18/02, I have not been
able to contact her and have not heard from her.
Please help to bring this criminal to justice and prevent them from stealing money
from others or instruct me how to proceed. I am willing to help you in any way.

"Friend Finder" (an online dating service). I was first contacted on 5/26/02
and asked to send money via Western Union on 6/14/02 to "Russia. The City
Orsk. street. Malictrova 71 apartments 82. ABBYASOV RUSLANU.." When she
asked for money I got suspicious and looked on the internet to find out any
info I could about hospitals, her name, address etc..., when I found this
web site http://www.womenrussia.com/index.html. Finding out about one of her
previous scams I now submit my story and her letters. Her "Friend Finder" user name is
"horoho3" and this was her first contact to me with the attached picture of
