Ekaterina
Dyachkova (Magadan, Russia)
I am a single white male, no children, age 37, self employed.
Contact initiated by "Ekaterina Dyachkova" through Absolute Agency, where I had placed a personals
ad for myself with a picture. This began 1-10-2003, and ended 2-10-2003 with no
response to my e-mail, which was intended to respond to hers. In the very short
span of 18 e-mails and 30 days, Ekaterina went from being deeply in love to me,
to disappointment with me, though she loves me still. She stated in the sixth
e-mail, after only corresponding for 8 days, that she loved me. In the 9th e-mail
came the request to send money to Western Union in Magadan. The message
source for each of her e-mails indicated a authenticity warning that I have copied
and pasted here:
X-Authentication-Warning: aqua.relinfo.ru: Host 64.dialup-a.mari-el.ru [195.161.212.64] claimed to be 1-z6sq9h4ajgxbe.sckr.com
Mari-el is located on the opposite side of Magadan (located on the Eastern side).
I did not know what to make of this, as she was requesting me to send money to
Magadan's Western Union office. These two cities are several hundred miles, if
not a thousand miles apart. I handled the request for money, by stating that if she
answered all my questions in my previous e-mails, which she had not done up to
that point, that I would then send her any amount of money that she wanted. By
the time I made that statement, I had already discovered her as a scammer, by
reading her letters word for word, that just happened to be exact duplicates of
other scammer letters, to other men, that I read on your great site! Thank God
Almighty for your site! You saved me, and I am confident you will continue to
save others from these vicious crimes that not only rob us of our money, but our
loving ways. These scammers make men believe the worst in humanity is true,
and embitters us. I was also hoping to make her do a lot of work for nothing, even
sending her to the Western Union office in search of my gift of money for her visa.
I have not done this yet, and she has stopped writing to me.
I have not contacted Absolute Agency, as I feel that they are very much involved
with this and several other individual scammers on a continuous basis. I also
believe that they may be involved with the Russian mafia, based on other
testimonies that I have read, involving organized crime in the former Soviet Union.
"Lubov" is the supposed owner of the agency, and she has contacted me by
e-mail, to personally encourage my financial assistance to the many Russian
women that want to meet me. I am being made to feel guilty that these girls are
poor and that they pay a great amount of money to translate my e-mails from
English to Russian. I know that translations are not free for them, but I have read
that the cost is under $1 per letter. I have attached a single .jpg photo file, that is
a collage of all the pictures that "Ekaterina" sent to me. Below are the important
e-mails of the bunch, beginning with the very first contact by her to me. Good
luck to all USA men, be strong and wise, and we shall prevail!!!

Ekaterina
Polushina (Yoshkar-Ola, Russia)
I am a single father of 2, white American, 44 years old, self-employed searching
for a partner abroad. While searching the Adult Singles web site I came across
this woman. Her name is Ekaterina Polushina, located in Yoshkar-Ola Russia.
After sending a letter of introduction we started correspondence. After six letters
Ekaterina asked if I trusted her, my reply was " Of course". The following letter
was received
Letters:
Hi, my honey Neal! It is amazing to get your letter again!!!!!!!!!!!!! I miss you badly,
honey. I love you so much. I can't be apart from you, it is so hard. You are my
life, I want to hug you so much, to feel your warmth, to look into your eyes, to
feel myself happy and safe near you. I am sure everything will be Ok and the
destiny will work for us and we will be happy together. I often think about us and
try to imagine our life together. Sometimes I feel you so near and close to me. I
even feel you on the distance. I feel when you are in a high spirit and when you
are sad. I am happy when you are happy. I want to be with you so much and I
though about the ways for us to be together. So I tried to do something for us and
decided to go to the Embassy to check what I need to come to you. So, to come
to your country I need to make some paper work and to get visa. It will take some
time, of course, and to pick up many documents from my side. But I will do
everything which depends from me. But there is one thing which upsets me very
much. You see, I need to pay for getting visa. And you know that my salary is
too small for it. I don't want to complain but you know that I have a difficult
financial situation here. I have a great desire to come to you, to see you at last
and only money separate us from each another. I love you so much, honey and I
don't want to lose you. Nobody can help me with it. Of course, I could ask my
Mom to help me but she doesn't have such money though she would like to help
us. I am honest and sincere with you. I hope that you understand me and that
you will do it for me. I already gave some papers to them and they made a file for
me. All I need now is to pay them money. So it will be, $45 for visa and $30 for
registration, also I need to pay for medical exams - it will be $90, $60 for the
interview, and I need to get a foreign passport, it will cost for about $50 and for
some another expenses I may have. So in general I will need for about $300. You
have to send the money by bank system Western Union to my name. You need
to send me your full name, address, amount of money and the control number
(MTCN). You need my full name and address, so here it Ekaterina Polushina,
Russia, Saratov, street Komsamolskay 92a-30. Honey, I will need to pay them in
a week, so, please, try to send them this week. I really hope that you understand
my situation. I want to see you very much but without your help I can't do it just
because I don't have such money. Money is nothing but they help to overcome all
the difficulties on our way to each another. Sorry, dear, if it upsets you. I just
think that we need to trust each another and to share everything. Hope that you
agree with me. Just imagine that in short time we could be together. And there is
only one problem now which can be solved with your help, dear. I love you so
much, you are the best in my life and our meeting could be the happiest event for
us. Miss you badly honey and waiting impatiently for your soon reply. Your lady
forever Ekaterina.

In beginning of June last year I contacted a pretty girl in Russia with the intention to get acquainted and maybe more.
I first contacted this girl through MSN Soulmates Danish branch. I have had a very fine communication with this 'girl' -
everything was going fine and we were talking about arranging a first meeting.
I have received a lot of photos from 'here' and also a lot of e-mails. Recently we
began dialogue via MSN Messenger programme. We arranged to meet in Germany were 'she' easily could obtain visa. I agreed to pay some of 'her' travel
expenses. Today it has reached approximately 2000 USD. I have documentation
from Western Union. But the girl never showed up at the arranged meeting. Also
is not possible to reach via the given e-mailaddresses. I have tried her home
phone number but it was answered by - yes - a man!! I therefore have reason to
believe that I have been sub ducted to some kind of dating scam activity with the
intention of fraud. Searching the internet for more information I found that some
agency have posted the same girl. Therefore I send this warning, so others will
not be in same situation. I can afford the money loss - I do not go bankruptcy for
that reason, but the hurt feelings I think, is no reason to sub due to others.
The reference to the girlcan be found on following pages: http://www.about.co.yu/gallery2/velika-galery/NataliRed_Big.html

Natasha aka Anna Gurchenkova/Life In Love Agency, Lugansk
I am a 35 year old man from Seattle. The principal details in this story occurred
nearly two years ago. Since that time I never have been quite certain as to what
extent I had been scammed. Finally last month, however, I saw the woman in
question profiled on a new site - Life In Love - under a new name, Natasha. There
was no longer any doubt as to fraud, so I thought it was high time to share my
own story.
The woman in question is profiled as Natasha, ID #102, on the Life in Love
Agency out of Lugansk, Ukraine. I knew her as Anna Gurchenkova, however,
beginning back in February of 2001. While looking through local dating pages on
One and Only Singles, a few months following a divorce, I decided on a whim to
peruse the foreign postings. After a few pages I came upon a stunning
photograph and a brief yet sweet self-description. She called herself Anna, from
the city of Lugansk. With no serious expectations, I wrote her a short
introductory letter and was surprised to find, several days later, a charming
response (the agency through which we wrote one another was the Lana Agency,
also out of Lugansk. This agency has since been exposed as a scam and no
longer exists, at least by that name). Over the next few months our correspondence continued, deepening in both emotion and intent. Anna, of
course, declared her love for me. While a bit skeptical, I decided nonetheless to
visit her that coming spring. If nothing else, I thought I was due for a vacation and
a little adventure.
Until I decided to meet with Anna, the only money which I sent simply covered
the expense of translation and E-mail forwarding: $5 per letter, if I recall, plus a
small fee per photograph. Additionally, we spoke on the phone a few times via a
translator assisted 3-way call at the agency's office. Once I determined to visit
Anna, however, the price tag quickly began to increase. She suggested that we
meet in Kiev. I agreed and assented to send enough money for airfare. She
claimed to be nervous about traveling, never having ventured far from Lugansk, so
I also agreed to pay for a translator from the Lana Agency to accompany her to
Kiev, both as company and to facilitate our first meeting. I also rented two rooms
in a nice hotel, booking each for three night's stay. Depending upon how well our
initial meeting went, it was my plan to return to Lugansk with Anna to meet her
friends and family, perhaps even inviting her afterward to visit the Black Sea with
me.
Well, during a flight connection out of London, transferring in Prague, I missed my
continuing flight to Kiev (a screw-up on the part of CzechAir which, it turned out,
probably did me a big favor). The airline assured me, however, that they would
send word ahead of my delay to the ticketing counter in Kiev. While in the Prague
airport I checked my E-mail and found one final letter from Anna, assuring me of
her undying love and her excitement to see me soon. While the flight delay was a
drag, all still seemed hopeful. Instead of arriving at the main Kiev airport just
before noon, where I was to meet Anna and the translator, I instead did not arrive
until nearly 11 PM. Needless to say, no Anna and no translator. My Russian was
very poor then and I could get no information at the ticketing counter, hoping as I
was for some kind of word. Finally I caught a taxi into the city and went to the
hotel, where we had agreed to meet in case of any earlier mix-up. Also, of
course, no word whatsoever. No Anna.
The next day I began calling the agency in Lugansk. That afternoon I reached
someone but they had no information as to what had happened. Finally, the next
day, I was informed that Anna and the translator had arrived but, unable to find
me in the airport and receiving no word as to my delay, Anna assumed that I had
changed my mind. As the story went, Anna freaked out and insisted on returning
to Lugansk at once, despite the translator's urging to go to the hotel and see if I
might still arrive. Anna (so they claimed) began crying, claiming that I had played
her as a fool. She and the translator fought, flew back to Donetsk with the
remainder of my money (there were no flights to Lugansk that afternoon) and then
took separate taxis back home - some two hours' drive, I think. At that point, the
agency claimed, Anna simply disappeared, No one had heard from her since.
I remained in Kiev for several days, enjoying this fabulously beautiful city. Still, I
was perplexed and annoyed and just plain curious, so I caught a flight on some
old dilapidated prop. plane and flew to Lugansk, to investigate matters for myself.
Before leaving, I informed the Lana Agency of my plans, telling them where they
could find me. Arriving that evening, I went directly to the address which Anna
had given me as hers - a flat in a run-down tenement building (of course all of
Lugansk is run-down). No answer, of course, though I did manage to get into an
altercation with a neighbor :) So I checked into the Hotel Lugansk for the night.
Next morning, I was surprised by a call from the front desk. "We are here," said
the voice. She claimed to be the translator who had come to Kiev. I assumed the
person with her was Anna. Of course I was wrong. It was another woman from the
agency - Anya - and the two of them expressed their regret and consternation
regarding Anna's behavior and disappearance. They had no other answers. I told
them I planned to stay for a few days and try to find her myself, to explain the
misunderstanding at the airport. They looked a bit perplexed. Then Leesa, the
translator, invited me to go out for dinner and dancing with her and her husband
and a few friends that night, a Saturday. What the hell - I agreed.
Over the next five days I heard nothing from Anna, despite a number of
unsuccessful ventures back to her supposed flat, nearby. Leesa and the agency
provided no further information. I did, however, spend every evening with Leesa
and her friends, nearly all of whom were beautiful young women. It almost
seemed as though they were trying to distract me from the situation with Anna -
not a bad diversion, really :) Leesa even said, after several days, "forget about
her. She is a bitch" (They had supposedly fought in Kiev) "There are many other
beautiful women I can introduce you to." To her credit, she did "hook me up,"
most notably with a striking young blonde named Uliya (please see the picture of
me below, center. Uliya is next to me in white. Leesa is to my left, with short
hair. To the right is Anya, from the Lana Agency, and finally Tanya, whom I have
since recognized on the Black List as an accomplished scammer in her own right
- "Tatka" or "Katya" [please see the scammer index]). While Uliya was beautiful
and fun and certainly ... hospitable :) I was still curious to find out what had
happened with Anna. If nothing else, I wanted to assure her that I had not blown
her off purposefully in Kiev, that I was still interested. I informed Leesa that I
intended to go to the nearby University, where Anna claimed to be in attendance,
to look for her. Leesa seemed worried. The next morning I was suddenly informed
via telephone that Anna had returned and wanted to meet with me that very
afternoon. I, of course, agreed. When I arrived at the restaurant, another translator
was waiting to assist me (not Leesa), as Anna spoke on English. A few minutes
later, Anna entered, more beautiful than even her pictures. So at least she was
real. Our conversation lasted only ten, maybe fifteen minutes total. Through the
translator, she explained that upon her return to Lugansk, heartbroken after my
supposed abandonment of her, she had called her ex-boyfriend in her despair. He
obligingly consoled her in bed, then took her away to the country for a few days,
where he asked her to marry him. She said yes. He was in again, I was out. End
of story. "I am sorry. Please forget about me. Please," and then she vanished.
So, was I scammed? Was her story legitimate? For a long time I really could not
be sure. Only after I finally saw Anna's pictures once again, last month, on the
Life in Love site, was I finally certain. Now she is going by the name Natasha but
it certainly is her. I received many of the same photographs, all from "Anna." I
even tried to contact "Natasha," to lure her and her ilk out into the open, but
received no reply to my message (in which I referred to our previous encounter in
Lugansk). Another person to watch out for, in regard to this whole story, is one
Marina Kaidalova, who directed the fraudulent Lana Agency and who is also listed
as director of the bogus agency trying to pimp out "Tatka" or "Katya" - my
scammer "friend" in the photograph. She may also be involved with the Life In
Love Agency, though I've no proof thus far. Though Leesa and Anya, also
pictured, were always friendly toward me, they both worked for the fraudulent
agency Lana and so are also complicit. As for Uliya, the blonde beside me, I am
unaware of any fraud on her part (her relations with me were always sweet and
uncomplicated).
As for my big Lugansk adventure, following my meeting with Anna I spent the rest
of that day in the city, with Uliya and Leesa and the rest of my "friends." Though
they were fun company, I never fully trusted any of them - valid concerns, as time
seems to have proven. The next day I decided to blow off the whole Lugansk
scene altogether. Not exactly a scenic town (it sucks): really, in many ways, just
a hotbed of scammers. I journeyed south by train to the Crimean Peninsula,
intending to travel on to Turkey. Instead, I remained in Crimea for nearly a month.
The scenery was amazing, the food was good and the wine and vodka were
cheap, the Russian people were wonderfully friendly and the Russian women
were delightfully ... hospitable. I even met a wonderful, intelligent, beautiful, REAL
Russian woman, whom I dated while there and even considered marrying. So I
went to Lugansk and I got scammed, but I still had one hell of a good time. For
whatever that's worth....
So, there certainly are many Russian women out there. When real and honest,
they can be more amazing than you might even imagine. Do not be too discouraged but try not to be too naive or stupid. Keep your hopes realistic and
retain always a healthy degree of skepticism, even suspicion. Lastly, my advice -
think twice, three times, about contacting any woman from Lugansk!!!

money for a visitors visa, B-2, sent Western Union to Russia, Kazan, AkBars
Bank Kremlevskya, 8, for name Ivanova Olesya in the amount of $390 dollars and
only requested once. After reading your story of her on the blacklist I have
stopped sending e-mails and strated informing all agencies.

Good day mine love Dan In your letter I have seen a lot of your love to me! I very
much appreciate it! But you would know, how hardly to me to write this letter... I
today called in the American embassy in Moscow and learned there how I can
arrive to you, to me there gave such answer, that the best variant of arrival to you
it will be registration of visa B-2, its validity of 90 days from the date of arrival in
USA, and registration in very short term, only one or two days, but I am very
strong frustration when I have learned its price, she costs 390 American dollars
when to me have told this price, at me on cheeks tears flow... I explained them,
that Dan, he is that person without which I can not live, and I very much would
like it to see, they have answered me, that anything make they may not, all of
them understand, but rules are rules, on another in any way it is impossible, but
they have told me, that I might ask this money to the visa for you, they me have
told, that loving person should pay for the girl, I in him has told, that it slightly is
not polite, but they to me have explained, that all of you will understand, I very
much hope for your understanding. In embassy to me have told, that it will be the
best to send me money through system of translations Western Union, it is very
reliable system of remittances and she is in each bank that I have received them,
I should inform you the address of bank in which I of them to receive, and you
should inform me of 10 figures of a remittance. I have learned the address of the
bank nearest to me, the address: Russia, Kazan, AkBars Bank Kremlevskaya, 8,
for name IVANOVA OLESYA, please, send to me money today, I really do not
present the further life without you! And I ask you, do not take offence at my
request, to me so have told, that you should understand it. But as soon as I to
you to arrive, I shall be arranged to work and necessarily return your money, it
will be for me a point of honour, I hope, that you understand me. Very much I wait
from you the answer and as I wait for your translation, you are necessary for me!
You mine LOVE! Your eternal love Olesya mailto:olesechka343@front.ru
