She has a profile listed at Matchdoctor as Anya245. Her name is Elena(Lena) Nebrat and her e-mail is dasha_19@ukr.net and also angel_lu@ukr.net. Her DOB is June 25, 1980 and her address is: UkraineLugansk 91000395 shahterskoy divisii street 12/47Nebrat Elena I offered to help pay for the cost of her letters but she would have to use another agency(MY AGENCY)and as scammers usually do she had every excuse in the book as to why this is not good for her and she does not want to do it. I would like to report to you yet again about another scammer from Quest/International Communications named Elena But or Tatiana from Lugansk. Once again Irina Knyazev is the mastermind behind this scam operation. Elena has e-mail addresses of tatianaakin@yandex.ru and elenasweetcandy@rambler.ru and net-channell2@yandex.ru and maybe some others that I am not aware of. She is allegedly 19 years old and her DOB is April 24th . Once again it appears as if Irina Knyazev is the manager of "International Communications" which is just another name for Quest Agency. I am a divorced American software engineer, age 47, living in Oakland, California. In January 2002, I received a response to an ad I had posted on adultsingles.com from this woman. The first email was innocent enough, not asking for anything at all. I responded and then got an email which I have now found is identical to the one others received from this same woman, saying she was a member of the Slavonic Beauty agency and had to go through them, and asking if I could help pay for the service. Along with the email I received literature about the agency run by Svetlana Litvinova with price lists, etc. The directions were for me to wire money to Evgeniya Kudakova via Western Union. I wired $100 on 3 different occasions at the direction of Svetlana Litvinova when my account became empty, once at the onset of my communications with Jane in January 2002, again in June 2002, and finally in December 2002. I sent her a gold and diamond necklace for Christmas, and some other gifts. I finally became suspicious when I had flowers and chocolates sent to her for Valentine's Day through the service, and received a thank-you email from Jane, yet 4 days later received another email from Jane that talked about how she didn't get anything for Valentine's Day. And this was in the midst of our planning to actually meet in Prague next summer as I was going to Europe on vacation.I did a Google search on Slavonic Beauty, and her name was the second hit in the results list, showing her as a scammer. I was surrounded with love and care of my dear parents. But then nightmare came. My father began to drink and my parents divorced. Soon my mother met another man Sasha. They began to live together and they had a child - my brother Danil. At first I got close to him though there was a big difference in years (13 years). I played and walked with him. But then I began to feel that all the love, tender and care of my parents was given to my brother. They didn't notice me and once they forgot to congratulate me with my Birthday. I cried all the evening in my room and understood that nobody needed me there. So when I had a possibility to go to another city I did it and entered the University. Now I rent a small apartment but of course I can't live without parents' help though they always reproach me because they pay for my education and living. But I don't complain. Her letters to me EXACTLY match the letters to Gary from Marina Antonova in 2001, right down to the dog singing to her music under the piano, and her Grandmothers pies. Garys letters are on black page 29.htm#marina. Her most recent letter hints at needing $350 to install a phone , but because I have been suspicious, it has not progressed, although she has by mistake sent me 3 of the exact same letters over 2 weeks. She originally had a profile at Free Russian Personals (31380) which has been removed and also has a profile posted at Adult singles D1085683-from Pavlysh. She talks about money and, of course is very poor from her first few letters ( obvious scam alert), works a lot, can not afford her letters to me any more, no money for food, is in love with you after a few letters (obvious scam alert once again) and needs money ($70 a month) for her letters and for using her scammer agency Mishka which is also located in Kremenchug.The money is to be sent to her by Western Union. As for my education, I graduated college on the qualification of an hairdresser. Now I work at state hairdresser’s. I work in 1 shift. Hi, How are U doing? As for me, I am in high spirits as a few minutes ago I came to the Internet-Club as I had been called from there and told that U sent me a  letter.
